Return Policy

Favorite Medical's standard return policy is 30 days from the day the item is shipped. However, there are certain criteria that must be met for an item to be eligible for return. Due to the large number of products we offer on our website, there are exceptions to our standard 30-day return policy. Please refer to the returns tab on the product page for product-specific return policies.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and responsible for the item until it reaches our return address (unless the item is confirmed defective with the manufacturer, in which case Favorite Medical will promptly exchange and send a return label or UPS call tag for the return).

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATIONS

Do not return any item until you have received an RMA number from us. Call Favorite Medical or email returns@favoritemedical.com for an RMA number and instructions on how and where to return your order. All returns without an RMA number may not be accepted or may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the return is refused, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All defective items must be confirmed defective with the product's manufacturer. If a product is determined to be defective, a replacement will be sent, along with an RMA and return label to ship back the defective product.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

All special order products are non-returnable. Also once the order is placed for a special order item, the order can not be canceled. Special order items include but are not limited to exam room furniture (cabinets, exam tables, exam chairs) or items ordered with a custom color, size or dimensions. Special order items include built-to-order furniture. Favorite Medical will not be responsible for variations in color due to the settings on your computer monitor (color swatches are available upon request).

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to check the package for damage at the time of delivery. This may include opening the box or packaging to inspect the product. If the product is delivered damaged, call us immediately while the delivery driver is with you. The bill of lading and delivery receipt must be marked as damaged with a description of the damage. Do not refuse a shipment without our approval. Refused shipments without our consent are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • All returns must be unopened and undamaged in original factory packaging
  • All parts, including manuals and batteries, must be returned
  • All packaging must be returned
  • Manufacturer's product packaging must be in reusable shape with no marking or stickers applied.
  • Please send a detailed explanation of your return. Example: "Never used or Open" or "Defective Merchandise"
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Ensure your return at the cost of the product in the event your return is lost or damaged
  • An RMA number is Required
  • When returning your order please write on the outside of the return label your RMA number.

RESTOCKING FEES

We try to avoid charging restocking fees, except in cases noted above. Some products that are drop shipped directly from the factory may be subject the individual manufacturer's restocking fee policy. These fees are determined by the manufacturer and will be passed on to the customer. Please see the summary below:

  • Returns sent back to Favorite Medical without an RMA number are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call or email us at returns@favoritemedical.com for instructions.
  • Factory direct returns are subject to the Manufacturer's restock fee if applicable.
  • Refused shipments without approval by Favorite Medical will be charged a 25% restocking fee
